Can I get a sample?
Absolutely! Do inform us of the list of samples that you want, and we will arrange the shipment for you. Note that samples are free, so you only have to pay the delivery fee.
Is it possible to do a company visit?
Definitely! We would love to show you around. Anytime you would like to come, we are ready to provide an airport pick-up service and tour you around the warehouse.

Yes, there are. Due to diverse varieties of product types, colors, and sizes, we have only included the most common products in our website and catalogue. Yes, there are special monthly offers. Discounts are usually negotiable, so do reach out to us for more.

What are the payment terms?
Only 30% of down payment is enough to get your orders processed and shipped! You can be rest assured, as you certainly can complete the payment after you have received the scanned shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (if any), and others). Do request for any payment term adjustments in the, we’d do anything in our capacity to help you.
What are the payment methods?
Mostly we accept bank remittance and cash, but in certain limits of transactions, WeChat Pay and AliPay are also accepted.

Where are your pebbles and gravels from?
Our pebbles and gravels are directly sourced from our self-owned quarries and beaches.
Do you have licenses or certification for your quarries?
Most assuredly, yes! Our company owns authorized and active certifications for all of our quarries and beaches, so there’s no doubt that all products are sourced legally.
What are your favorite products?
The answer varies from country to country and from time to time. But we hereby announce that the top top-selling products of the year go to white and black pebbles, lava stones, mix, brown, green, and grey gravel!
Are the products wet or dry?
All pebbles and gravel are sent in dried condition. But, other product types like scoria could be moist.
How many stocks do you have?
We have a total of 15 thousand tonnes of ready stocks in our warehouse with new stocks coming every week for replenishment.
What are the product sizes?
Sizes depend on the product type. For gravel, it is commonly 2-3, 3-5, 5-7, 7-9, 9-12, and 12-15 millimeters. For pebbles, it is commonly 2-3, 3-5, 5-7, 7-10, 10-15, 15-20, 20-30, and 30 centimeters UP or 2-2.5, 2.5-4, 4-6, 6-8, 8-10, and 10 centimeters UP. But, we do have other sizes as well.
Are the pebbles and gravels safe for aquariums, plants, and swimming pools?
Very safe. The pebbles and gravels are completely natural and have long been proven to be safe for aquariums, plants, swimming pools, gardens, other landscapes—you name it!
Can I order flatter or thicker pebbles instead of regular pebbles?
Sure thing! But, do note that it will depend on the product availability.
How to order?
You can send us the purchase order or the list of items that you require. Once you have approved the pro-forma invoice, we will provide you the shipping schedule and arrange for shipment. Lead time ranges between 1 week to 3 months depending on the product type and order quantity.
What is the maximum weight that you can do for a 20” or 40” container?
This depends on the shipping line and regulation from the country of destination. But, we have had successful experiences of sending 28 tonnes of net weight for 20” containers.
How long will the lead time be for non-ready products?
What kinds of packaging are available? Is there customised packaging?
To satisfy vast varieties of customer’s needs, we offer different kinds of packaging material with many sizes! Materials range from plastic bags, PE bags, woven sacks, boxes, net bags, pallets, crates, loose packaging in jumbo bags, and others. Sizes vary from 3.5kgs, 5kgs, 7kgs, 10kgs, 20kgs, 50kgs, and others. Customised packaging as per your company request is also available!
Normally, it is 2 weeks. This varies upon shipping space and stock availability. But, the fastest can be 3 days after an order is placed.
What are the shipping companies that you use?
We usually use Cosco, Ocean Network Express, CMA CGM, Evergreen, Sinokor, Wanhai, KMTC, and many others depending on the price, space availability, container quality, and special requests from clients or freight forwarding agencies (if any).
When is the delivery time?

Commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading are the basic documents for every shipment. Certificate of original, fumigation, stamp pallet certifications, phyto sanitary, and other documents will be provided per your request.
